Dayton senior guard Jordan Sibert was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Conference first team on Tuesday. He averaged 16.6 points per game.
Junior forward Dyshawn Pierre was named to the second team. He averaged 13.0 points and 8.1 rebounds.
Sophomore forward Kendall Pollard won the conference’s Chris Daniels Award as the most improved player. He averaged 2.2 points per game as a freshman and 12.5 this season.
Davidson’s Bob McKillop, whose team won the regular-season championship, beat out Dayton’s Archie Miller for coach of the year.
Davidson’s Tyler Kalinoski was named A-1o player of the year. VCU’s Briante Weber was named defensive player of the year.
Fordham freshman Eric Paschall was named rookie of the year. Richmond’s ShawnDre’ Jones was named sixth man of the year.
