Scoochie Smith is one of the top point guards in the Atlantic 10, if not the country. He’s got the game to go along with his name, which has always been highly-ranked.

FoxSports.com writer Reid Forgrave ranked the 100 top names in college basketball this season and gave Smith the top honors for the third straight year. He beat out the likes of LionHeart Leslie, Sherrif Drammeh, YaYa Anderson and Four McGlynn.

“The interplay of weird first name and normal last name is key here,” Forgrave wrote. “Creativity and simplicity.”

Forgrave isn’t the only one with that opinion.
