The Dayton pep band started singing, “Itsy Bitsy Spider” in the final minutes of the Flyers’ 69-54 victory over the Richmond Spiders on Friday in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 tournament. That’s the song about spiders falling down water spouts.

These Spiders fell down in the opening minutes and didn’t get up. Dayton had a lot to do with it. The Flyers looked March Ready in their 25th victory. Here’s how Twitter reacted:
